“There is someone in the car…!!” Ankur said,his voice thick with terror.Vyas who would normally scare easily, seemed surprisingly calm.Perhaps due to his stint abroad, Vyas was somehow familiar with car hijackers.
“Listen Anks….don’t panic,I’ll just check…” Vyas said.They were standing a few feer from the car and Vyas a bit hesitantly strode up v peeked into the black Honda City. Well,don’t you find blurb quite interesting and good enough to catch your attention? Yes, the blurb is fascinating, and is a part of first chapter, from where the life of two friends take a twist.Also,the title and cover design seems intriguing with the blurb.So,this book eventually passed the first stage of picking it up.
From the very first chapter, it grasped my attention.Usually,frequent divisions of story seems unpleasant ,but in this case it seemed relevant. Humorous strands of laughter made this reading journey more enthusiastic and enjoyfull.The plot could have been knitted in a better way, but in order to not to make it complex, authoress tried to portray the story in a facile way.Along with that, authoress didn’t introduce so many chatacters in the book, so to not to create any amount of confusion.One doesn’t need to put mind in this book,just simply read and enjoy the simplicity endorsed in the book, offering one a light- read pack.
I like the way story paces up in a constant flow, and there is no unnecessary description I could found.This book is able to serve different flavors and all the flavors mingled nicely.Last few pages made me emotional,when Souvik’s (a freelancer writer/lawyer) wife enters the door of another world.That moment was really touchy and the delivery of dialogues there is well crafted.
I found some typing mistakes in the book. Editing could have been better,and if could done,it would add one more star to the book.Also,some noticeable grammatical mistakes are there,albeit it can be avoided.I felt that the proofreading session could have been handle in a much better way.Apart from this,this book is really a treat to swing your mood to a different level.
A book to be read on weekends or while travelling to chill out your mood with the witty, chick lit and an adventurous story engrossed with multitude of fun elements ,to make readers glued to it till the end.
