My View: ‘The Stolen Heart’ is a collection of sixty poems by the debut poet – Piyush Mandal. In his debut book, most of his poems can be found under the umbrella of love, where one can see shades of remembrance, resemblance and many more shades a lover’s heart poured with. Along with some dips of love, one could get poems on a legend’s life, an aging life, and some more. All in all, this book speaks of a chance to experience the wonderful moments under the open sky.
Some of his poems peels off the layers of life’s mysterious while most of them dances on the tunes of a lover’s melodies. Poems from his boats are so beautifully framed that one would starve to read them again and again, and glorify the meaningful verses by touching their root and feel their rhythm.
As you start the journey, you would be amazed to find how poet tore the fragments of life and through the feathers of love sculpts such beautiful verses. Through his debut book, poet impresses reader by serving delighting verses . As his verses are rich in simplicity, they can easily make space in reader’s heart.
His verses loop in and then loop out , and when readers swirl around it poet makes sure that the reader will feel delightful when the verse ends. His words encircle reader in the maze he creates with his words and intermittently soothes reader’s heart. When some of the pieces of his verses sing melodious to the ears, there comes time, when they dance on a particular rhythm and swept out of the tuning, but then he again gathers the rhythm ending the verse on a smooth and euphoric node.
Blurb :I knew there was nothing poetic about death.
I knew not that the most horrific battles are fought off the battlefield. Arjun: The idealist in a non-ideal world; the warrior whose deadliest opponent was his conscience.
History forgot his voice, but misquoted his silence.
My self-esteem originates from me and ends in me.
Why does your honor depend on me? Find your own. Draupadi: The untamed tigress, the fragrant flame, the unbridled spirit.
Power does not justify sin. Power is not virtue.
Virtue is that which lasts in spite of power. Krishn : The enigma whose unique ideology churned the battlefield into a quest for Truth.
The Missile …The Trajectory … The Vision.
The trio that makes for the core of The Mahabharata.
This is their saga.
Insightful, visceral and candid.
Find ‘other’ famous Arjuns; compare Arjun vis-a-vis Achilles and Alexander; Explore Myths of Mahabharata.
All this and much more in ‘Arjun: Without A Doubt’.
My View :
After Shiva,Rama and endless inspiring and interesting stories of mythological heroes ,comes another mythological story in the list, and this time it is Arjun. What my concern before starting this story was I knew little about Arjuna, and I was wishing that authoress spare some time to Arjun’s background,so that I could cover this journey easily, and so do other readers like me.All the worries escaped from my mind, when I got to know that it’s just Mahabharata being told from two different perspectives-Arjun’s and Draupadi’s.
The hue that these two characters enamels on the epic story is a new experience. As the season’s unfold, and as both Arjun and Draupadi keep on covering the journey together, where their expressions and reactions walk side by side, this new twist to get in touch with the story all over again gives a fresh flavour to the story.Knowing all the known facts, and going through it all over again through a different angle plays the role of attention-seeker.
In the beginning, it was a bit of a task to switch the narration coming from two sides so often. But eventually one gets accustomed to the nature of author’s presentation, and gets friendlier with the echoes of two narrators. As the narrating style of the authoress is captivating and is good enough to get through the story, her imaginations and her narrating style compliments each other very-well.
There’s always good amount of excitement involves when an offer comes to you to go through the story, you know in advance. What author would bring to the story? How he/she would make it sound different? And what little twists and turns they would bring to the story? All the questions would keep the interest alive in order to find out the answers. And the same happened while I was going through this book. Of course, there are some minor hindrances in the journey, but at the end when you sum up the time spent with the book, you would find the journey interesting and engaging.
Dealing with the characters who ruled reader’s mind from a good time is one of a hefty task. And while authoress has taken this chance, she has done justice with the characters apart from a few sections.
Blurb : In Love Storythe sanguine sun is just preparing to slumber and the filtered glare from it striking the scene makes it even more alluring. The flock of birds are moving together in a v shaped structure and it looks as if they are returning to their home after a long tedious day’s hard work .The fact that they are all together in every aspect of life brings strength and calmness to my dilapidating heart. It is even more mesmerizing to find the three best people of my life beside me. SAMAR: The epitome of the story, takes you on an amazing voyage of his life. He recalls his friends and all his unsuccessful love interests – Sapna, Samriddhi and Surbhi.
What happens when you fall in love? What happens when you fall out of it? What happens when you are unwanted? What happens when you are cheated and still coined a cheater? Can there be a reason to not like someone? Can there always be a reason to like someone? Explore answers to all these questions along with Samar on his journey in search of true love. It brings you, yet another unconventional love story of all times. The author intends to bring about the fact that can this also be a love story and leaves the readers to decide enquiring them Love Story? Seriously!
My View : All the love stories are not meant to be complete, there are some which dies even before it starts. When you wait for the arrival of someone special he/she might not be available at your doorstep, but what if someone looks forward for you and you are found missing in his/her doorstep.Protagonist’s encounters with girls at different stages of his life is what you will get to see in this book, and how his love life played with him.The story could be relatable to many real-life stories, but what it offers is a message to all the people who seek for true love in their life.
The story would work very-well for the newbies. When a novice goes through this book, he/she would find everything going at his/her own pace. The regular events which a novice could visualize easily, the fun and the friendly nature he has adopted to make it an easy go, would enthrall novice quite effectively.Even though being an avid reader, I found some of his punches humorous, adding some more hues to the story.
Use of punctuation marks would have make the journey more easy.Author tries to provide space to readers by getting friendlier with them, and at the same time he wishes that readers could get familiar with his narrating style, so as to provide a comfortable ride to readers. He tries to communicate with readers, as if a friend or a mate is narrating the story, which at some places feel good, but at other’s doesn’t, because it was exceeding the limits.
He has a good plot and good message to deliver to readers, but somehow that message doesn’t come out as loud as it should be.When you repeatedly play the scenes in your mind, then you would get to know what message he has for readers.Author has focused more on his teenage life and teenage crush, but more I would like to see his story when he got tied on the relationship of marriage. For me, that is where the story stands out, and that’s why I wanted to have more of it.
Through his debut book, author has quite impressed me.What more I would like to see in his next projects are- planned out events, as which part needs more focus, and how to link events without creating a huge gap when the events switch, and how to narrate story at a constant pace.
A light read with a nice message conveyed quite simply!
Blurb :Set in the backdrop of 1990 Calcutta, She Ekla Chalo Re is a story about finding one’s own identity in spite of all odds. The story spins around the life of Kusum, a brave heart whose identity is often untitled and blurred; it does not belong anywhere, definitely not under the ‘he’ or ‘she’ bracket, thanks to our social conditioning. Will she be successful in her mission?Read on to find out about Kusum’s undying passion for life, her love, and aspirations.
The motivation to write She Ekla Chalo Re came from Tagore’s”Ekla Chalo Re” song, which urges the protagonist to continue despite the fear of abandonment from others. The song goes like this, ‘Jodi Tor Dak Shune Keu Na Ase Tobe Ekla Chalo Re’ meaning “if no one responds to your call, then go your own way alone.”
My View : The concept is new in the market, and where many queues up to speak on the same concept, comes another set of writers. This is the second book, I’m reading which discusses the same topic but in a way precise manner. It is like one such short story which one could complete in minutes.Santosh Avvannavar’s books are known for the thinnest one, which brings out a hot topic in the form of some humorous story. As with this story, I was not that much happy with the plot, as some more twists could make it a great read.
Authors bring out the story in a very approaching manner, the reader who likes simplicity would like his story-telling art very much. But usually, reader would like to dwell in the story, they would like to live the life of protagonist’s, and here authors are in so hurry to complete the story, that they doesn’t take care of these things while penning the book.As the concept is new, and you could find very few books available in the market on the same concept,so the concept will definitely grab your attention.
It’s true that most of the readers doesn’t like to go through thick books, as before purchasing the book they see for the number of pages. But that doesn’t speak that author should thin up the book to this extent. This thin and petite book would want to touch reader’s heart, but as far as story is involved, reader is required to feel every emotion in order to feel involved in the story. But with this very precise story, authors don’t give enough time to readers to participate in the story.
As far as his previous books I’ve gone through, they are also thin, and I enjoyed covering the short journeys. But there, the demand of the book was like that, if he could have down-poured the story with more content, it would bore readers, but in this story demand is of to get drained with the story, to get drenched with the protagonist’s emotion and to live a new life, which a short story like this fails to provide such ambiance.
If someone like very precise stories, he/she might find it a good read.
I wish to read author’s full fledged novel, as the topics chosen by him entice me, and the simplicity he maintains touches me.
Blurb :Sangeeta Rao, a beautiful, feisty reporter at Channel 7 TV in Singapore, rushes to Agra on a special assignment after an early-morning phone call. At the Taj Mahal, she meets Alan Davies, a charming Welshman. But a terrorist attack on Mathura’s renowned Krishna temple turns them into fugitives from justice and the duo must decipher a series of complex cryptographs and unearth the illustrious Shyamantaka that belonged to Surya, the Sun God, to prove their innocence.
Joined in their quest by an elderly Frenchman, Anton Blanchard, the duo race against time in helicopters, motor boats and yachts. In hot pursuit are the brilliant and daring SP Nisha Sharma and the most ruthless terrorist organizations. Before she realizes it, Sangeeta is trapped in a world of betrayal, deceit and horror. Fast-paced and gripping, The Curse of Surya will keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat while you unravel one of the biggest mysteries in 5000 years.
My View :Mythological fiction-How strongly they play with reader’s mind and how easily they make their way to reader’s heart. With my new-found love for mythological fiction, how come I leave a book written by an award winning author. And then it was with me-‘The curse of Surya‘-a journey to find the lost gem, a journey of love, a journey to locate the evil mind.
Since reader would be introduced with so many characters in the beginning itself, to keep a mental note of all of them is a hefty task. But as you progresses ahead, you would realize that how beautifully author has done the characterization. Initially, it looks like there are so many characters involved in the story, but as the story starts to show its colour, it revolves around the few characters which are very-well described in the beginning. As was scared before, of falling into a messy story, not for a single moment confusion arrived at the doorstep.
The plot is so well-organized and so demanding that it demands you to give your complete attention and forces you to solve the mystery along with Sangeeta. An event comes and brief you about the scenario, and then the other comes and throws numerous questions at you, and the chain of events of goes on and on, and keeps on injecting your nerves with dose of thrill and excitement till you get to the bottom of the mystery. As you set your grip on the story, you would discern the momentum through which you are covering the journey.
I was all set to get myself surprised with the lined-up events, and then came the revelation of false identity of Davies which kept under the shadows for long driving me impatient to remove the curtain and to know his identity. At the back of my mind,I was trying my best to find who he could be,but my attempts went futile,as author has something to drive readers crazy with the mysteries he plunged to the story. He drops the events at such edge which makes one go impatient to encounter the events followed afterwards.
Along with a hooking story, readers would get a chance to experience a matured writing style. With his well-articulated sentences , and his finesse in portraying downpour of events plugged with humour and curlicued around thought-provoking episodes, this book sweeps you out to live a different life for some time.Even though when I was done with the story, the story marks its presence by toying with my mind, as I recall all the events I had encountered.
At the end, when Sangeeta was giving brief on tsunami ,I couldn’t digest one thing ,at such situation how come one can talk about tsunami in detail. When you are about to get struck by the Tsunami, how can one think of pouring her knowledge on a subject, and others listening patiently to her.
The blend of history with the madness of finding Shyamantaka is a hell of a story.I liked the concept and love the way it has been implemented. As promised in the blurb, the story is fast-paced and gripping, The Curse of Surya will keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat while you unravel one of the biggest mysteries in 5000 years.Promises are hard to keep, when author does, then there’s no way one could leave the chance to explore this Mythological fiction.
Mythological and thriller fans, this is a must read for you!Would like to read more such pieces by the author in the near future.
Blurb : If you are toiling away at the workplace, silently at friction with a headstrong manager, then it may be time to rethink your work strategies.
Written as an engaging story, Power Play is about four young and aspiring project managers who struggle with authoritative, impatient and obstinate senior managers. It details their approaches to the challenges they face, one step at a time as they work to achieve their project as well as their career goals.
Power Play is a compelling read for professionals in any competitive area from start-ups to multinational establishments, and from boardroom meetings to on-site network.
From building bridges between your boss and you through excellent communication, to working on negotiation techniques for putting your perspectives across, the book teaches you how professional accomplishment is about making the right moves at the right time, irrespective of your designation.
Learn vital lessons on how to mend ways with your seniors, face stressful situations and deal with difficult colleagues.
My view :‘Power Play’ introduces you to some special tricks or ways to become a better project manager under severe circumstances. How a project manager can negotiate with their chiefs, and climb the steps of success at workplace.A book for project managers who are facing certain difficulties in their work areas or for one who are looking to become project manager in the upcoming days. This book is specially modeled for all the project managers citing all the problems one go through in their day-to-day life at workplace.
When author displays their tricks in simple words but doesn’t quote an example , it becomes hard for the readers to implement the steps in the real life scenarios. In this case, what made the journey cakewalk for readers is solution to every problem is demonstrated by a story, as how the protagonist deals with the particular condition, what steps he/she takes, and that is where reader can find a place for himself. He could very easily track the incidents and can remember how to act , when to act and what to act.If author has just served reader with philosophical stuffs, it couldn’t enter into reader’s mind with that ease. But with story, it does the trick with great ease.
The approach adopted by the author is what make this book different from others.Dealing with stuffs, project manager faces, she very-well propagates as how to deal in such states when one faces it.Excellence at work place is very-much require to excel in your professional world, but how to deal at crucial times this book would make you learn.Remembering stories are easy, and when time comes one could easily reconcile following the same steps mentioned in the book. So, this story-studded book has a way for you to become a great project manager.
It’s nearly impossible to create a win-win situation for both the parties. To make your subordinate and your superior happy at the same time, and to impress them with your actions is where most of the employees fails. With the help of this book, it becomes an easy task for project managers to make the environment comfortable for everyone he works with.
A book worth read for project managers. It is one such book they are looking for, to build healthy relationship in their professional life.
Blurb : Game of Destiny is the true story of a guy whose fierce devotion to his love is threatened by the cruel turn of fate. The story is mostly set in the steel city of Bokaro with occasional references to Dhanbad, a neighbouring coal town. The Protagonist is also taken to Hyderabad by Destiny for his coaching in FIITJEE and then to Pune, where his college life is described. The turning point happens to take place on his first visit to the National Capital, Delhi, which is a mysterious phone call from his childhood buddy. It changed his life forever. What was that call about? What happened on his first visit to Delhi???
My View : With a look on the cover,I was not sure of the story whether it would be worth my time. But as they say,Never judge a book by it’s cover,I started to give it a try. When I started reading the story, the same story of love and break-up followed, but what came as oomph was the letter written by Priya.I was sure that she would turn into prostitute (as what I thought at the back of my mind),but how author would shape the story was what I wanted to see.As soon as I was filled with zeal, the story gave me an attack while tracing the same paths of love and break-ups which I didn’t expect after going through the letter. It left me completely disappointed from the content it has. It was like To make much a do about nothing.
It is only the letter which could turn reader on.To me, it was the backbone of the story, until I finished it. Because the way snap of the letter is presented, it was a sure shot hint of it becoming a thrill, but nothing happened like that. With this letter, authors could do a lot more, they could bring more suspense and thrill, but they choose a simple path and forgets to play with the letter in an efficient way.At many places, readers would be greeted with conversations in Hindi, it would be fine it it participates at a place or two, when required. But the use of Hindi words are more than required, even though authors have nice command on English,I didn’t get why they chose to insert Hindi conversations.
I didn’t get why they(Dev and Mili) broke-up when they both love each other?Author should have mentioned this facet of their life so that reader can sail the rest of the journey without burdening their shoulder with the bag of doubts. With the end of this love story, comes another one which has a meaningful life attached to it, but what influence does author wants to make from the first story which kept on thumping my head.It was the end which pulled me back towards the story. The destiny at which the end is written, I wish the same intensity was used to write the whole story.
The sudden twist of events is good, but how it came before readers is not that much entertaining. The choice of picking which incident to narrate and which to not becomes the major loophole of the book. They could have chosen some interesting events to narrate which could make reader go hooked to it, but instead they have chosen some faded events which fails to mesmerize readers. Although they tried to catch reader’s attention in Game of Destiny by narrating intimate scenes, but that couldn’t fall into every reader’s interest.
A better implementation would have done the trick.
About the book : In “No Turning Back”, Swaminathan is a victim of parent rivalry. Unable to bear his father’s harsh words, his mother leaves the house one day; only to end her life. On learning about this, his father is traumatized so much so that he too ends his life impulsively. Swaminathan moves to his aunt’s house where he gets all the love. Swaminathan is married to a girl who turns out to be of a nitpicking character. Unable to get along with her, he walks out of her life one fine day, without as much as a word to anyone. Ramanathan, a Philanthrophist, he is now bent on uniting the couple and tries to change Swaminathan’s mind ? Does Ramanathan succeed in his endeavour?
“No Turning Back” is a short novel intended for those women out there who take their husbands for granted and wish to boss over them. The book is a warning to these nagging women; for the angry outbursts of their henpecked husbands could get them nowhere.
My View :
External Elements – The book inaugurates with a transparent preface which is enough to provide a succinct explanation about the story. The intriguing title strike many questions at once in my mind. The questions like Is it a path of life’s incidence or is it a ghastly way? All these questions were making me curious. Soon the shadowy effect at the cover of the book catches my attention to answer my questions; maybe there are ghosts in the story or maybe they are just human shadows depicting something. If the readers out there are landing up in the field of same questions then they need to complete the book in order to get the answers.
Internal Elements – All the characters are portrayed in an effective manner. Shanthi’s rude behavior and her taunts seem realistic. Although the story is regular, but it is presented in an uncommon way. The story covers different facets of Swaminathan’s (protagonist) life; he loses to carry a healthy marriage relationship. After his several efforts he finds it impossible to change Shanthi’s attitude and at last he left. Then there comes a new character in the story Ramanathan who put his efforts to reunite the couple.
Plaudits – Authoress has framed up the all the emotions (love, hatred and anger) equally in her book and its vibes can be felt easily while reading. The story doesn’t lack the originality and hence it perfectly ties up the phases around real life events.
Downfalls – The whole story is a common household tale. Authoress has chosen a common theme which is pleasant to read only if there exist some exceptional elements. Authoress has maintained this effect in her book and thus making it an interesting read.
Writing style – The writing style is simple. The way Hemalatha recites the story is commendable. The authoress knows very well how to capture a reader’s mind. The articulation of sentences is magnetic which will make you feel all which the authoress mentioned in her book. At places she delineates the episodes with a calm effect drawing images of the events which are really nice and touchy.
Narration – I like the narration style picked by the authoress; from the first page till the last page she connected all the episodes without any stumbling block. It was the second time I had read Hemalatha’s work, and I would say this time also she touches my heart with her words. The way she narrates about Swaninathan’s condition of distress, the way she expatiates about environmental surroundings i.e. the tress, the silent night and much more; all are magnificent.
Blurb : True love can blossom anywhere, in a government set – up too, and can be as permanent as the job itself. Shalini, a government employee, strongly feels that there is no point in getting married and joining the brigade of abused wives. Till she is swept off her feet by Kartik, a dynamic colleague from Bihar.
Just when her faith in the system of love and marriage is rekindled and at its peak, Kartik goes missing. Her search for him reveals some dark secrets about Zabaria Shaadi still existing in Bihar, where eligible boys are abducted or forced for marriage.
A love story at its core, Love Forever @ Rajpath highlights the predicaments of a girl on the verge of losing her most precious relationship. It also reflects the inner turmoil of a young boy sandwiched between age – old traditions and his own liberated opinions.
Will Shalini be able to save her relationship? Will Kartik acknowledge her efforts or will he abandon her for the sake of his family?
My View :
The story which kictstarts at Rajpath and ends in the lanes of Rajendra Nagar. The story of two government employee, who with delicate feelings in heart, tells a simple story to their readers in the most simplest manner. From running for the government exam,to finding chances to spend some time with each other, from persuading parents to give relation an approval,to falling for every false prey for love, the story is nothing less than a filmy drama, presented in a traditional way.
The prologue works as an innuendo suggesting the hitch that is to occur in a love story. While penning prologue, it is way necessary to point out that facet of the story, which could drive reader’s attention completely. In this case, prologue is short and it is one such facet of protagonist’s life which turns on the emotions in her at high pitch, and that’s where starts the game, where readers slips into the journey following the traits authoress has left.
Three-fourth of the journey had been completed, and I was looking for the thread from which the prologue is tied. The story travels on such a known path, that I was ecstatic to know, how the end would be like.As the concept being very common, even after gauging the consequences from the sequence of events,it was hard for me to guess how prologue could be related to it,and that very strange thread land me to complete the story.
As the events being so simple in nature, the journey became a cakewalk. While painting the pictures of the events, while walking along with the protagonist hand in hand, while catching the emotions, while pouring author’s words back to back in mind, it was a way easy and smooth sailing to author’s imaginations. With the involvement of simplicity in her narrating style, she makes the reading task elementary for even novice.
The story remains grounded from the start to almost to the end, because as reader neared towards the end, he/she would be greeted with a new twist , and that is where the story brings in something different for reader, the spice reader looks for.The spice worked as a treat for me, where she beautifully displays the turmoil protagonists were in.As story has to end on a good note, everything comes to its place at the end,and adieus reader offering a warm smile to him/her.
Coming to hitches, the first and foremost thing is the plot, the simple story and the common pile of events, only at the end one could see the difference. And at many places, I felt like feelings could be expressed with more intensity,it was like I was entering into character and then coming back, again and again.
Blurb :Can real love ever blossom amidst a plethora of virtual chat apps and widgets? Can themechanical swipes and eager clicks on the phone ever substitute the pleasures of a real-life chance encounter? For Aayushi, it all begins with an idle flickering message on her app’s inbox, from a guy named Ayaan. This leads to an affair where the two discover a deep attraction for each other. However, Aayushi ends the relationship rather abruptly.
Three years later, Aayushi unexpectedly bumps into Ayaan in her Singapore office. His changed behaviour perplexes her and she tries to find out if Ayaan had ever loved her the way she imagined love to be. She ends up uncovering revelations galore, and is finally led to a simple truth.
Will this change her romantic notions forever or reaffirm her faith in love?
My View :
The concept of the story can be easily grabbed from the art shown on the front jacket of the book-‘Online dating which results in connecting two souls‘.The flower of love once blossom, and then begins to wilt, history repeats itself, but this time ends in a favorable manner. Love Apptually, is one such romantic tale that sails you on the soothing breeze of love, romance, jealousy, misunderstandings and reunion.
As the concept of online dating is quite common, and there are many books written on the same concept, what makes this book different from other is the way she has presented her thoughts before readers. The situations protagonist’s life comprises of, are simple and relatable in nature, and they are so common that anyone can easily tune in to the same frequency while protagonist whirls around during different phases of her life. This very ingredient increases reader’s involvement in the story. Also, the happenings roam around typical Bollywood movies,a film-bluff would find it interesting to encounter the way story sways.
What more qualities authoress’ possesses to make this book a good read, is her habit of not beating around the bush. Her words are so wisely chosen that one couldn’t find fillers roaming around the book.As she chooses to complete the journey in a clear-cut way, reader’s time devoted to this book is worth, as her words directed to insert into reader’s mind makes their way peacefully to their target.
The picture displayed in the beginning of each chapter , hints you about what all you are going to encounter in the next chapter, and to some extent , the pictures help to predict the upcoming series of events on the basis of the last events.Although they might be taken as spoiler, but I enjoyed taking a glance at them, whenever I hopped to start a new chapter.
Juxtaposing of events of her life to that of scenes from famous Hollywood and Bollywood movies, initially felt good and speaks of authoress’ love for romantic stories which drive her to pen one.The sudden appearance of the scenes extracted from movies doesn’t amuse me that much, as they were nothing more than a hitch to me in the smooth sailing of this journey.
Blurb : Anoop, a crazy lover, struggling to lead a normal life and slowly moving towards it too, meets Ritu, the girl he loved. On seeing her after three years, he is confused whether she will recognize him or not. Her sudden reappearance drags him into the past. Friendship, love and betrayal had left him blank and completely stranded, but the way she reacts on seeing him gives him a ray of hope. It seems as if nothing had gone wrong between them. They hug each other and burst into tears unmindful of the people around them. Anoop repents for the dreadful mistake he had committed in the past and now wants her back in his life. He requests her for a permanent relationship. But will Ritu come back into his life again? Will she forgive him? And, will their life start over again?
My View : The colors of love are painted like a languid walk in everyone’s life, one day or the other. The quiet shimmer gently clutches you and lands you up in a chirpy garden where every bud welcomes you with a relish fragrance of infatuation. But what will happen if this aroma of love is slowly fading away with every hour and even after your unsurpassable efforts you are unable to feel it back. The book will make you walk on the similar slope of incomplete love having pebbles of pain, sorrow and heartbreak.
The simple title and cover of the book are perfectly suited to the story. Author has conveyed a sad love story in his book where the protagonist Anoop fails to clasp the love thread in his life. The story begins with the college life of Anoop where he falls in love with Ritu at first sight. They both became best friends in no time. Ritu who is unaware about Anoop’s love gets committed with his school friend named Samuel. Anoop was not in a condition to face all this and he goes on maintaining a distance with Ritu. Later wards Anoop gets a second chance to express his love when Ritu finally bids adieu to Samuel. Then Anoop expresses his feelings infront of Ritu but it seems like destiny doesn’t want to make his love complete. The end of the story is filled with sorrow and pain.
After reading the first chapter, I was zipped up with the excitement to read the whole book in order to discover some interesting and engaging episodes. But my all excitement discolored very soon. The theme of the story is so common that a reader can easily guess the very next episode. The whole content in the book is regular and is presented in a usual and common way. This effect will definitely ignite the feeling of boredom in reader’s mind. In short I would say – The story lacks the magnetic effect. To be honest I was not satisfied after completing the book. I was expecting for some fresh content whenever I was about to start the new chapter. I was totally disappointed when I failed to locate the newness in the book. The story is runs like a tortoise and goes on sketching the known and reckoning phases.
Author has mentioned that Ritu is Bengali but I didn’t found a single thing where I could feel the Bengali essence of Ritu. There are certain things in the book which are not well molded thus the book lacks in capturing my attention. Author just goes on reciting whatever he imagines; if Mr. Singh has focused on delineating the episodes in more interesting manner digging up the trite events than the book would be pleasant to read. The language is simple helping me to complete the reading journey without any deviation. A smooth narration is done by the author.
Altogether a common storyline presented in a monotonous manner.
Blurb :Throbbing with non-stop excitement, Shiva in the City of Nectar sweeps across Heaven, Earth and the Underworld, narrating the exploits of the mysterious and powerful blue-throated god.
One after another, the tales unfold the follies of ancient devas, asuras, sages, men and mythical beasts. And through them all, Shiva blithely takes on the guise of beggar, saint, monarch, merchant, fisherman, hunter, warrior and woodcutter; walking through the three worlds to slay rampaging demons, perform his Dance of Bliss and embrace good and bad alike.
Shiva is portrayed in all his multi-faceted mystique – the tender lover who woos and weds Goddess Meenakshi; the eternal Guru who dispenses wisdom; the fierce avenger whose third eye flashes fire; the generous benefactor who showers blessings on his devotees; and, above all, the gentle prankster who embodies the essence of Vedic faith.
My View :
Stories driven from Ancient India,
Stories of Lord Shiva,
Stories of Lord Shiva’s devotees,
Stories from City of Nectar,
Stories extracted from different facets of Lord Shiva,
Stories of Wisdom and gain,
Stories worthy to attain.
Stories picked by the authoress from the city of Nectar are all aesthetic in nature. All the fifty-four divine tales extracted from Ancient India is full of exciting flavours. The role of Shiva in the lives of ancient people is very beautifully portrayed in this book. Stories will teach you the art of attaining wisdom and will entertain you with its charisma at its best. When one story warms you and holds you till it ends, another waits to welcome you at its doorstep. One after another, the pile of enticing story reaches your doorstep to thrill you.
When I started reading this book,I didn’t know that this book would serve me stories I was unaware of.When I first get in touch with this book, thoughts that clouded my mind was that it would cast stories of Gods in a precise manner, which are already known to people.Of course, one who have great knowledge of Ancient culture and history, are aware of this stories, but for a newbie like me, these stories are surely a bunch of fun.
Covering fifty-four stories in 200 pages book with a condition of doing justice with all of them requires a lot of work to be done. While narrating the stories precisely, she never forgets to maintain the charm of the story and providing a required ambiance to the story. How easily she has managed to excel in all the aspects of making this book a flawless one, compels reader to complete the book at the fastest pace.
Seeing the strong command on language of author’s, a novice could hitch to start the journey, but for an ardent reader it would be a bliss to experience her writing style. The words chosen by her could easily paint the picture back in the mind of readers of all the happenings. With a hefty bunch of stories in reader’s hands, they get a great chance to see different facets of Lord Shiva in a single book along with some fascinating stories.
As this 54 stories involve a lot of characters, one needs to keep a note of each one of them while going through the story, otherwise he/she will end up mixing the stories.Only if one has strong knowledge of the history of Devas’ period, then he /she could cover the journey with ease, otherwise it could be a tough task to cover the journey smoothly.Although at the end character sketch is given, but it was hard to remember their role and their identities in the story.
A great read which opens up your chance to ride with Lord Shiva, and to know how he contributes in lives of different people trailing along his own life. Wondrous read!
Blurb : You already have everything to transform your life into anything you desire.Do you believe it?
The Law of Attraction is the power key to unlock your destiny, to consciously attract more of what you want an endless of what you don’t want. This book teaches you how to use the hidden energy within you to alter your life circumstances to create abundance of happiness and success.
Once you read this book, there is no turning back.So grab your copy now and start manifesting your dreams into reality!
My View :’The Law Of Attraction : Master the Universal Energy to Unleash your potential’, is a book that teaches how to bring positivity in your life and mind, and how to tune into required frequency to get what we want. Initially,in the first few chapters, the success stories that authors tell about people who has adopted Law of Attraction in their life, didn’t made any impression on me,as the story only conveys that they had adopted Law of Attraction and they achieved this and that. But the question that kept hanging on my mind at that time was-How do they adopt Law of Attraction? How they achieved what they wished for? The inquisitive me was so restless to know the secret behind the Law of Attraction.
But as in the chapters ahead, author opens up as how to apply Law of Attraction in one’s life, the knots started to unknot and then I could comprehend what author actually has in mind to convey. What author wants to tell readers and understand is not that easy to figure out , especially when something like that which is hard to believe, knowing this very fact, authors has tried to quote every possible quotes extracted from real life and Science to make readers understand authors’s words.
In a chapter, author relates words dictated in Bhagwad Gita to those we have learned from Science. The moment I read the comparison, the positive frequency in me told me that this book has surely something beneficial for me,which can tune the resting me.The way authors simplify this complex thing is worth appreciating. It is difficult to get into reader’s mind and convey messages with ease.
As this is the first book that pours me the knowledge of Law Of Attraction, it was quite hard to believe what all it says. Some points seem convincing, while some seems baseless. But as author has himself told in this book, to believe in Law of Attraction, you need to learn more about Law of Attraction and you needs to be in the touch with the practitioner of Law Of Attraction. As this new thing can play a vital role in making life pleasing from every direction,I thought to feed myself with more knowledge of Law of Attraction, as I approached towards the end of the book.
When he speaks about something and says that think positive and it will happen, my heart wanted to believe in it,but my mind was disagreeing to the same fact,as logically I couldn’t understand how could that happen. But the faith and confidence author has shown in LOA and as written in this book,I was forced to believe at several nodes, that this will surely work.As of now,I’m quite aware of the magic of Law of Attraction, but my belief will only tune in, when I implement it in my life and see the result.
But overall,I enjoyed knowing about LOA and how if effects our day to day life.
Blurb :School days. What do you remember when you think of these two words? That those were the best days of your life and the most magical.Isn’t that so?
The fay before Prabh is to reunite with his three closest friends from school for a a celebration, he recalls the years they spent together. However,an unexpected development seems to cast a shadow on the impending reunion and Prabh is forced to wonder-can time erode the bonds of friendship that were first made in boyhood?
This book talks about the most important relationship that teenage boys have- their friendship with other boys of their age, who know and understand what it is to fail, love, cry and grow up.
My View :
‘Strings of Friendship’ showcases those strings of friendship to readers which any individual could relate to, the friendship we lost in the run of fame and power, the friendship we lost in the race of becoming successful and rich. This is a story of Prabh, who misses his school friends so much that he reminisce the old days spent with them, even if they denied to meet him on an event he has organized.
The first half of the story doesn’t stand up to my expectations.Unnecessary and irrelevant details are scattered all over the place which doesn’t contribute to take ahead the story in any manner. There are description and narration of such events which reader doesn’t want to encounter in the journey. In a chapter, protagonist and his friends went to watch Step up2 movie, and he wasted a paragraph in narrating the story of the movie. How on the earth reader would like to hear out a story of a movie in a book unless and until it has a relation with the story.
He also discussed about different games one can play with marbles. Now do tell me readers, can you pick up a story book to know different games played with marbles? This is just a few examples I thought to bring before you, there are many such contents that participated in the story which acts nothing more than filler.
Words are so precious, and it should be chosen very wisely. As this being a book of 180 pages,I thought I could cover the journey easily,as author would have done the narration precisely. But he instead of doing that, talks about all the natural events which doesn’t entice readers a bit.Only when comes to relate with the events, it was way easy to do because of the simplicity he maintained throughout the story.
Even this bunch of friends seem unreal to me.Their conversation mostly roam around how author wants to picture them in their future life. The fun that bunch of young guys have is missing from the story which snatches the moments of fun and excitement from the story as one expected from it.Although he tries to capture the moments in a lively fashion, but then linking of episodes in a proper manner is missing. He so hurriedly switches events without even giving an end to it, hanging the episode in the mid air.
Chapter 8 demonstrates an adventurous event which could make you go high, but as the event is too common and the consequences were known in advance,it wasn’t that good to excite readers at its best. From there on,story gives something to read to readers. There are events which has something to contribute to the story and this fuel is sufficient enough to take the readers to the end of the story.
You could only found yourselves engaged in the second half. The story as in whole is simple in nature and that’s why any one could easily relate to it .To make the process more easy, author has used a very simple writing style to quote his words, which a novice reader would find a great advantage as it provides them a soothing journey.
A light read which could make you reminisce your school days, your school friends and about life that has taken a turn.I found lack of maturity as a writer in the book, but I’m sure,as author has taken one step in this world, with his practice and skills he will surely come up with a better book in the future ahead.
A book that lets you sit on the couch of friendship!
Human identity that you flaunt, refresh and update daily is bared in a liberating manner and the garb of religious beliefs/non-beliefs is made to fit such an identity in the most convenient manner. God, the Supreme Creator, and Devil, the Ultimate Destroyer, are both appeased for a better and smoother life.
While religion takes refuge in certain mythological and extremely ancient events to explain human identity and morality, you should look around at contemporary societies in order to make your human identity enjoyable in the most moral, healthy and contemporary manner.
In fact, you can be god-daring and maintain good relationships with gods and peoples of all religions for your own benefits. You can consequently feel your mundane identity completely evolved in order to enjoy it under any circumstances and amongst people of any society. Also, blind belief in a single religion can only bring in hypocritical concepts, dogmatic rigidity of thinking and unnecessary “god-fearing-ness” in day-to-day life.
My View :
These days we are so involve in leaning head to hear other’s stories that we forget to know what is happening with our own life.As a human, learning about human nature is a great bless which one could do by sincerely spending some hours by reading the book ,’Life of Social Animals, in which author has shared his precious views about what all human is, and how he reacts and in what circumstances.
As we have heard from many, we come alone and alone we die. Then, what is the need of becoming social animal? To survive among many, we need to learn to how to survive in society. This book will help you to understand and to learn to detach and attach with social drama. When to detach and when to attach, when to react, and when not to react, how to react, and how not to react. All these questions will be answered once you go through this book.
Usually, such books becomes monotonous after some pages. But as you turn the pages one after another, you’ll be served by so many things to gulp that you wouldn’t have expected while starting the journey. His perceptions, his point of views, the way he juxtaposes objects seems natural and witty. He, not for a single moment nags reader, if he/she is really wants to know what human psyche requires and how that works. The content he has in store for readers will help them to know and understand about their responses in past, and how they can manipulate them, if it was being effected by any object.
Author has selected a very good and unique subject to share his view on.His deep study, his research and hard work can be easily noticed in the book. And most importantly, the content it holds make reader satisfy at the end. This book gives you a chance to have a look on your inner self, which you are unaware of.The bitter truth that you are avoiding from so long is now ready to meet you thought this book. The blunt approach author has used to let his mind speak helps a lot in bringing the transparency in comprehending the subject.
A great book to know about our surroundings, the people we connect with, and about ourselves.
Blurb : Love is understanding, mutual confidence, sharing, and forgiving. Love is invisible. It is a true feeling; it cannot be seen or measured. Sometimes, the voice of the heart is much stronger than all the other sounds and words spoken without feelings.
Love leads a person to the path of truth but sometimes, the truth spoken for love can lead us and the life of our love to the never-ending separation and the conclusion is only destruction.
Welcome to ‘Out of the Blue’, an adventurous story of a young lieutenant, Sebastian, who struggles through many hardships for his tormented old father and his lover, Carole. Furthermore, plans, suspense, lust, and jealousy provide a divergence from the loving atmosphere of Paris.
My View : The book holds an adventurous story which is woven around the unexpected events of the protagonist’s life named Sebestian. The story goes symmetrical along the title; every episode played unexpectedly leaving Sebestian in trauma. The cover of the book already spoke that the readers will get a chance to meet the pirates while tracing the sea journey in their minds. Well it is an attractive cover which will surely set the readers on the reading track in no time.
Author has covered numerous events in this thin book. His father’s secret abduction of which he is totally unknown, his treasure hunt journey, friend’s avaricious and cruel behavior for him, his imprisonment in false case, Carole’s (Wife of Sebestian) adopted son’s meeting with him, his meeting with Margaret, his incomplete amour for carole, the fights with pirates and finally his unexpected death. There is lot more to discover in the book for readers. The story is fast paced. All the events are moving very fast that it would take hardly one minute to feel the switches between those events. The switches occur so often that a reader is welcomed by a new event before the establishment of a healthy connection with the previous one.
The writing style is simple. The narration done by the author is not impressive and was detaching me from the story over and over again. I had found several writings which does not provide any kind of linking with the story. Like protagonist’s childhood friend Catalina expressed her love for him (Sebestian) through a letter which he receives after her death ; this part is unnecessarily mentioned which was not helping the story in any way. Instead of mentioning such worthless parts if author had worked on polishing the important events, then the reading journey would be interesting.
If I see the age of the author, then I must say that he has done well in his book but from the reader’s perspective the book lacks in various ingredients which are very important to make a good story. Author needs to learn a lot for serving the story in an interesting way in-front of readers. I believe that Ekamdeep will surely improve his skills in future. His imaginations are very good but he lacks the art in expressing those imaginations in an effective way.
Title : Untitled: A bit like you, a bit like me, a lot like us
Author : Atul Deepak Tawade
Blurb : ‘Untitled’ is a story about a few people who start off as strangers to each other. They come together in the prime period of their life. Each one of them is a thread. In course of time, these threads are woven together to form a fabric and the memories they create as ‘the gang’ is the imprint on the fabric.
Through them the story of a generation unfolds. It is a tale narrating the enthusiasm of growing up, excitement of discovering oneself, exploring the different facets of youth and experiencing the world at large.
Each one of them comes from a specific origin, meets others like them, and then in unison, travel to their destination.
It is an ordinary story, about ordinary people, told in an extraordinary way.
My View : Three stories running in parallel, the only doubt I had while I was in the initial phase of the story is that I wouldn’t end up mixing up the three of them. But the collision seems to happen in the first chapter only.As chapter second comes in to greet readers, it would serve reader with the known trails of college life followed by the incidents which doesn’t excite readers in the journey.
While reading this book, a one-liner that struck my mind is- ‘Difficult to travel are those paths which are less traveled‘.The one thing I so wanted to ask the author while covering the journey is- What author wants to tell the reader? In the blurb itself, he speaks about his book –‘It is an ordinary story, about ordinary people, told in an extraordinary way.’ can author please explain what author mean by extraordinary here. There is not a single place, where I could sense that something extraordinary is being offered to readers.
As author himself says that it is an ordinary story ,about ordinary people, which could be told in an extraordinary way.It is not always necessary that story needs to be extraordinary and out-of-the-box what matters most is the way author approaches towards readers, the way he uses his words as a sword to strike different chords of reader’s heart. In this book, author has chosen a way ordinary style to let his words heard by people. If he would’ve been through some good books where extraordinary way is used to portray thoughts, then he would’ve known what extraordinary could mean in literature.
As the book got published in 2015, by the time many books had already hit the market with the same concept. Now comes the question, why author has chosen the same concept, if there is nothing new to tell.
When author was pushing his strength to write this full-fledged novel ,I wish author could have done research on what reader expect from authors these days? What kind of stories excite readers? If the plot chosen by the author is already available in the market or not?If available then how could he make his book doesn’t stand among the crowd.
I really appreciate your efforts as a writer in this book, but it is hard as well as necessary to gulp that its not that easy to survive in the literary field where there are so many writers racing in the same field with you.I wish you all the very best for your future projects.
Blurb :The sale of a painting that depicts her childhood home prompts Naintara to dissect various aspects of her life: The awareness of being, the confusion caused by an inner voice, a necessity to co-exist with people and a desire for love that fills one void but causes a deeper one. The need to earn a livelihood, a passion to create that doesn’t always pay and luck, which holds her ransom till it turns. Also, God who doesn’t help slay her demons, about life that shows an uncanny ability to sort itself out and hope, which if nothing else, doesn’t abandon her side.
This book is about the intriguing path life takes in order to bring one to something as simple as one’s own self. *** “I so appreciate Soorina’s thoughtfulness and her many insights about love. And as always, her characterization is remarkable in Barefoot to Paradise.” Sarah Cypher Editor, B.A. (Creative Writing), CMU, USA. “Barefoot to Paradise is brimming with promising characters, ideas and images… Soorina has a good ear for dialogue.” Marion Urch (Director and Editor in Chief-Adventures in Fiction.) MA-Royal College of Art (London), UK.
My View : The story while welcoming readers gives a slight hint of how the journey would be and the mystery to be unfolded.I got various thoughts when I started this journey, that the story could be about a single mother and the daughter, struggle of a painter followed by a love story etcetera. All the possible thoughts clouded my mind, an inquisitive reader could have.
As the story backtracks, my mind was forced to think about the present events, the painting and the customer that came to buy the story. In my mind, I was painting my own story, and in expectation of that I forgot to look upon what authoress has in store for me.As she dug deep into her childhood it fails to amuse me at its best. The minute details she talks about doesn’t give any direction to the story just creates a background on which story can walk, but what is the use of creating a long road when the journey is small.Stories of her past life keeps on vibrating, that I forgot for a moment that the first chapter I read belongs to the same story. It’s like she has traveled the path inclined at every angle except the 180 degree one.
Above were all the thoughts that struck my head when I just started the journey. It may cloud any reader’s mind and can force reader to leave the journey in the beginning itself.
But as you take some steps ahead you would be welcomed by the same content, revealing her past, then you would realize it’s not the setting of the background but it is the story, the life of the protagonist, and then you would slowly learn to sway with the story.
The book seems like a biography of a painter who later becomes a good acquaintance of the reader by reading the chapters of her life.I thought that in the journey ahead, she would become a famous painter and a well-known artist, but there enters the art of the writer, presenting the unexpected. From the beginning to the end, it is not what I expected from it.These days, authors try to twist story in every manner in order to compose a different tale, but only some realizes that readers love to read such books in which they can find their involvement and presence.
The minuscule incidents she has chosen from life and accommodates in the story brings out all the fundamentals of the protagonist’s life which drives reader to know more about her.So many characters and their impression on the protagonist’s life helps to compare, how so many people leave their impact on our life. One could easily relate from all the happenings in the protagonist’s life. Author has disclosed all the moments with such fire, then reader would have no option but to dwell in it,and live the story as his own.
Such books are hard to find which let you meet life face to face, and when they are available, they why loose the opportunity to grab it.A book worth my time and highly recommended.
A beautiful tale of life which possesses the strength to inspire your life!
Blurb : in The Sales Room, Rajesh Iyer, a young, ambitious salesperson, returns to The Sales Room of Oregon Software Technologies after an aborted attempt at getting into a business school in the US, only to notice the metamorphosis of the software start-up which he had earlier been an integral part of. What used to be a rat-infested hole in the midst of a vegetable market is now a swanky, state of the art facility owned by an upcoming Bollywood star. The enthusiastic and compact team firing on all cylinders is replaced by a sclerotic and bureaucratic set up. Sales review meetings, once rife with passionate discussions, are now replete with profanities. The ill tempered angel investor’s scream can be heard all the way from his villa in New York.
Rajesh, now shunted into an innocuous role finds every effort made to alleviate the condition of the demoralized sales team, met with resistance. As revenues dwindle and tempers rise, Rajesh realizes he is running out of time and options. He either toes the CEO, Venky’s line and becomes party to a sham or quits citing a host of plausible reasons. This hilarious narrative takes the reader from plush corporate boardrooms of Bangalore to the seedy hotels in Delhi as Oregon meanders in search of illusory customer wins. Rajesh meets several interesting characters ranging from the busty Polish graphics designer to the loquacious pimp masquerading as a taxi driver.”
My view : In the beginning, author introduces readers with the clients and workers of Oregon Software Technology. His introduction of an individual doesn’t end in a line nor in two, and not even in a paragraph. He kept on speaking about the person until he picks up a witty remark to stick on the character’s biography. The witty remarks he used in every next paragraph would grasp reader’s attention more and more,as he/she progresses’ ahead in search of more such scoops of hilarious dose. After going through couple of pages, reader could easily understand what he/she would get to learn from this book, and he prepares himself/herself for the upcoming hilarious lines in advance.
I found some fillers participating in the book like description of terms related to sales, although author has given brief on them so that reader would be able to comprehend the situation when the term is used ahead in the story. But for me, it was an overstretched details, as readers are less interested to know what a sales report contains, until and unless they are reading a sales management book.A one-line description would have done the work.
This book will change your outlook towards sales and Salesperson, your perception drawn towards them might take a 180 degree turn through the insight author has provided to you.The story he has picked to bring light on the topic of sales, and to change the ideology every individual has about the salesperson is very-well knitted. If by chance, the story fails to strike any chord in reader’s heart, it will definitely strike all the vivacious chords, through the notorious comments he made.
Author’s competence lies in picking up life’s events that any one could relate, but not any would be able to share with such ease and poise. He’s one such writer who without having the support of story could entertain reader by delivering amusing and rollicking events of day-to-day life. That’s the only reason, I want to read more of his writings in future.Readers are always in a search of such writers, who could bring out impish life out of nothing.Honestly, the story didn’t charm me as much as the minuscule anecdotes he dropped from his bag of experience.
An enjoyable read where you can freely enjoy funny takes on various episodes of life.Bring peace to your mind through this hilarious journey.
Just when Nidhi Kapoor, a leading Bollywood actress, was to start shooting for her much anticipated film, unwarranted incidents start to happen around her.Her pets are found maimed in her very home. And an anonymous letter threatening her and her family is discovered in her study.
The high-profile case forces ACP Prakash Mohile to take lead in the investigation himself. Rujuta Singh, a photojournalist tailing Prakash for an assignment, gets embroiled in the case.
Despite intervention by the police, attacks continue to mount on Nidhi; and the unknown assailant is getting bolder and more vicious with each attack. The assailant is adamant on taking away from Nidhi everything that she holds dear- her career, her home, her reputation, her family and her life.
In absence of any clues or motives, Prakash and Rujuta are forced to dig deeper into the past of the Kapoors an dthey uncover a violent tale of lies, betrayal, treachery, infielity and murder.A tale that the Kapoors want to guard at any cost.
Who is the unknown attacker?
Why is Nidhi Kapoor a target?
What are the kapoors hiding from the world?
And can Prakash and Rujuta save Nidhi?
My View : ‘The Nidhi Kapoor Story’, a crime-mystery-thriller drama, featuring the pain and overdose of sorrow in the life of individuals winded up with lots of fun and zing.
Through the voice of protagonist author wishes to convey the life of a dejected child , which turns out to be a copacetic variance in the reader’s taste. The story, in combination with pain and sorrow, dishes up variety of flavors to the readers that too with utmost sincerity. If we talk about the supply of oomph, through the series of events it pass on to readers, it keeps reader’s senses alive and energized.
He pen his words with such intense that it forces readers to believe what he says. The story has something or other to play with your mind continuously. It wouldn’t let your mind rest until you crawl towards the last word.It felt like through this book author was branding and promoting cigarette’s brand Stikk,as no one would be as appreciated as Stikk, it’s like it’s one of the author’s favorite player, that he was so in want to feature it in the book.(:p)
The story author demonstrates before readers is full of fun.It has moments of excitement, adventure, conundrum at one shore, while at the other, it has romance, and brutal reality of life. The policy he uses to bring parity among different interludes is flawless. He seamlessly covers the different junctions of the story taking readers along with it.
While you will be counting,’the could-be culprits’ in your list, author has dropped the clue in the halfway, which at the end comes true, snatches the deadly impact from the end, because the beans had already been spilled, and most of the reader could predict in advance as who could be the culprit.Author himself have spoiled the fun to unlock the mystery, and that’s the only loophole I found in this book.If he could have maintain the mystery, then I doubt that I would be able to guess who the felon is.
